November Employee of the Month

Carmella Salinas 

Employee of the Month for November is Carmella Salinas!!!  Carmella went out of her way when the nurses were very busy on the floor to write outgoing home instructions in Spanish and then went in with the patient and went over any questions he had.  She came and went from his room several times to find out answers to his questions about going home, and she also scheduled his follow-up appointment with the clinic.  The time she took to do all of this was greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Carmella!!
